BUKU INI DITULIS oleh Ted Grant dan Alan Woods dan dipublikasikan pertama kalinya pada tahun 1995, yakni 100 tahun setelah wafatnya Engels. Lalu buku ini diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dan diterbitkan pada tahun 2006 oleh IRE Press (Institute of Research and Empowerment).
